FALSTAFF RED WINE GUIDE 2026

November 2025. Top rankings at the FALSTAFF Red Wine Awards for RWB wineries!
The winners in each category were once again honored at the festive Red Wine Gala in the Hofburg Palace!

The overall FALSTAFF winner went to the highest-scoring wine from the 2023 vintage. This year’s FALSTAFF winner is Reinhold KRUTZLER with the 2023 Blaufränkisch PERWOLFF (99 points).

The FALSTAFF RESERVE TROPHY in the Blaufränkisch category was won by Weingut GESELLMANN with their 2021 Blaufränkisch G.

The FALSTAFF RESERVE TROPHY in the CUVÉE & VARIETY category was won by Weingut KOLLWENTZ with their 2021 STEINZEILER.

Second place in the FALSTAFF RED WINE GRAND PRIX ZWEIGELT went to Weingut PAUL ACHS with their 2024 ZWEIGELT ALTE REBEN.
